Don’t miss our Quarterly Team Member Roundtable! This is a perfect opportunity for team members to hear tips, techniques, and inspiring successes from other LWP Members’ teams.

The mentor featured this month is Julie Salter. Julie is the Client Services Coordinator with Salter Law LLC, a comprehensive Estate Planning law firm with offices in Roseville, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. Julie began her career as a Human Resources assistant in charge of hiring for administrative positions and new hire orientation. Through that work, she developed a passion for building staff skillsets and moved to Training and Development where she has specialized for the past twenty five years. Her past work for Twin Cities businesses includes conducting organizational needs assessments, organizational development courses (i.e., change management, project management, and team culture), as well as technology courses that focus on understanding the terminology, hidden settings, and back-end functionality to gain a better understanding on how best to use software solutions for business needs. Julie is now working with her husband at Salter Law where she has been streamlining business operations using Actionstep and other software programs to improve the client experience at the law firm.

In this session, Julie will cover:

• How to streamline the client intake process. Learn how to use Actionstep webforms and create an intake workflow that will flow data automatically into other LWP workflows.
• Strategies for automating your workflows. Learn the tricks to creating steps and tasks that will help your staff work faster and more efficiently.
• How to make the back-end of Actionstep work for you. Learn how to change Admin settings to develop your own custom list views, custom data collections, and custom document templates.

Zoom calls will be scheduled for 60 minutes and are open format so participants can discuss a range of relevant topics, identify solutions to challenges and roadblocks, and benefit from the collaboration of your peers in the LWP community. You can submit a question at registration, participate in (or just listen to) engaging conversations, offer feedback and suggestions of your own, and find ways to improve your efficiency, profitability, and overall joy.
