Are group rates available?

No, pricing is based on per seat.

What is the refund policy?

45 days or more prior the event there will be a full refund 16 – 44 days prior to event there will be a 50% refund and less than 15 days prior to event there will be no refund.

When does the Early Bird special end?

July 22nd by 11:59pm EST

Online Experience

What does the online experience include?

The online experience includes access to EventMobi, a special event platform that will house all materials, event evaluations, access to session links. Sponsor information is also available, you can schedule 15-minute video chats with all of our sponsors to learn more about their products and how they can be useful to your firm.

How do I access the online experience?

You will receive instructions via email from EventMobi to finalize your access and you will also be able to create a profile so users can view.

What are some things I can do to connect with the conference while I’m watching?

You can schedule calls with any of the sponsors to meet and discuss their products. You can communicate with the LWP team and other virtual attendees via the chat feature within the app. You can also get answers in real time during the presentations you attend.

Before the Conference

Where do I park?

There is complimentary self-parking in an open lot adjacent to the hotel or $10 per day covered parking.

Are there any nearby airports to fly into?

There are two. Dallas/Fort Worth International and Dallas Love Field Airport.

Are there any group rates at the hotel?

Yes, we have secured a $155 per night rate plus all applicable state taxes.

At the Conference

What is the conference schedule?

The agenda is available to view right on the website. You will also receive a hard copy at the event.

What if I'm coming alone?

There will be a lot of members in the room for you to meet! We have a lot of our members who come alone for their first time, there are going to be a lot of opportunities throughout the week to meet your fellow community members!

Is seating assigned?

No! We encourage all members to sit where they feel the most comfortable.

Are there any places to eat near the hotel?

There are some restaurants within 1 -2 mile radius of the hotel.

What if I need special assistance?

The hotel is accessible, as well as the meeting space. If there are additional special accommodations that need to be made, please reach out so we can work with the hotel to ensure that they are adhered to.
