Virtual Firm Retreats: Planning and Check In

We invite all LWP members to join us for an interim Virtual Firm Retreat. Whether you’ve attended Firm Retreats in the past or this is your first one, this dynamic session is for you. It’s an ideal opportunity to check in with LWP and your teams, review your goals, and continue your quarterly and yearly planning.

You and your team will use and update the Brainstorming Sprints, the Four-Month Focuser, the Idea Focuser, the Implementation Focuser, and the Project Focuser. These tools will help you to gain an understanding of, and take responsibility for, your 2023 and 2024 goals. At the end of the virtual retreat you’ll be ready to take a proactive rather than a reactive approach to achieving all of your goals.

As with our previous virtual retreats, our breakout rooms will allow solos to group together, as well as larger organizations. Get the opportunity to engage with your LWP coaches and get greater clarity on moving your practice forward.
